The Healthy Living Sac FtM meetings will be held on the 4th Saturday of every month (no meetings in November and December, 2009, for the holidays). Attendees are encouraged to not eat anything or drink any coffee on the morning of the meetings; fresh juices and food (including low-glycemic options) will be available starting at 9:30 am. |
